167 Raw Oyster Bar is seeking experienced line cook to be familiar with expediting tickets and kitchen stations, including garde manger, sauté, grill, and fry. This employee needs to have clear communication, organization, and ability to work in a team environment.
Our kitchen is a 5 person line, and is very fast paced. This position would need to have the ability to keep the station organized and clean.
This is an hourly paid position with overtime compensation.

The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce.
167 Sushi Bar is seeking a sushi chef
The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members working on nigiri, sashimi, and maki. The hot kitchen will be in small teams, with team members working grill, fry, and sautée, plating dishes such as bao buns, yaki, tsukune, and kraage.
167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients. Working with whole fish that is butchered in house, offers the freshest product for the sushi bar.

Server Assistant
167 Hospitality Group is hiring server assistants for the downtown restaurants.
167's server assistants help the bar areas, the dining room, and the outdoor dining. Ability to run food and deliver plates to guests while able to describe the dishes to the guests. Fill ice trays/buckets, reset tables, and attend to trash, bathrooms, and bus buckets.
Looking for individuals that have a positive attitude, take initiative, compose great team work and can demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
167 Hospitality Group's restaurants are fast paced , and all employees are expected to be on time; ready to work.
There is a strong emphasis for availability during the summer of 2025.
Part time and full time available
Server Assistant shifts are:
LUNCH - 10am - 4:30pm or 12pm - 6pm

167’s maitre d’s are the first glance which guests receive when they arrive at our restaurants and 167 Hospitality is looking for a person to match our style. An emphasis on patience and customer service, as well as organization and good communication skills are important for this position.
Previous experience as a host or maitre d’ is a plus. 167 works with RESY as a guest book and table assignment.
This position will have 20 - 30 hours a week. Lunch and dinner shifts available.
Each shift is approximately 5- 6 hour shifts from 10:30am - 5pm or 5pm - 10:30pm
Starting hourly compensation: $20
