Bar167 Cocktail Lounge is hiring a server assistant's that can bar prep.

The restaurant is located in Downtown Charleston, SC, off King Street.

BAR167's server assistants tasks are to help the bar areas, the dining room, and the outdoor dining. Ability to run food and deliver plates to guests while able to describe the dishes to the guests. Other tasks include: fill ice trays/buckets, reset tables, and attend to trash, bathrooms, bus buckets, maintain glassware.

The bar prep job occur off the floor and the hours are 7am - 11am.  This role is performed before restaurant service.  The primary job is to follow recipes and batching cocktails, as well as make garnish, juice, and organize the prepped items. This restaurant relies on the bar prep being completed, and requires a dependable person that is able to work in the early mornings!!!!

BAR167 is looking to hire an individual that has a positive attitude, take initiative, compose great team work and can demonstrate good judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills.

Server Assistant / Barback shifts are:  

LUNCH - 10am - 4:30pm

167 Hospitality has a position open on our raw bar for a proficient shellfish shucker at BAR167 Bistro & Lounge.

167 has a strong reputation for the best oysters and raw bar, which includes our staff.  Our shellfish shuckers are the lifeblood of our establishment and hold the standard for proper shucking methods.

All shuckers must be highly proficient with multi-tasking and shucking large volumes of shellfish. Clean presentation, in conjunction with professional speed, is required. During service, the shucker greets and engages with the guests, and must be able to answer guests' questions. Our shuckers are responsible for basic food preparation and kitchen help to aid in raw bar mis en place.
